(Week 46, 2002, 11 Nov - 17 Nov.)
In the display above (click to enlarge), the solar X-ray fluence seen by RESIK (black points) is plotted atop GOES red line. Only periods with good spectral measurements are indicated. The total number of good spectral measurements is given in the title line.
On orbit 7213 the COMP switched
automatically to the backup unit, most probably due to so called
"Single Event Upset". After next reset, the system returned back
to normal.
Data gaps due to missing telemetry: ~12 hours.
Examples of Well-observed Events:
15 April 2002, 02:51 UT
As we are running out of time, today we just present one of many events which
has been well covered by RESIK. We have selected an interesting, short duration
disk flare with fast rise and decay.
The event has been observed by RESIK using constant DGI = 10s.

The report presented has been done in "real time" and so it may
contain jargon, blunders, or trivialities. We do not have also an English native
speaker in our Wroclaw group! We would be happy to discuss problems mentioned
above in more details if necessary.
